Our quote form does not submit your details to a server or database. Instead, when you click "Get My Quote," your device either opens your phone's native share sheet (so the details and any photo can be sent via your Messages, Mail, or similar app) or opens a pre-filled text message addressed directly to our business phone number. This means your information is sent straight to us from your own device, using apps already installed on it — it is not stored on our website or on any server we operate.
Because your device's own apps (such as Messages or Mail) are used to send this information, that data is also subject to those apps' and your mobile carrier's own privacy and security practices, which are outside our control.
Once we receive your enquiry, we keep the information necessary to arrange and complete your booking (such as your name, contact details and vehicle information) for as long as reasonably needed for that purpose and for our business records, after which it may be deleted.
Our website does not use cookies, analytics tracking, or advertising pixels.
